Here you are after 26 days of igniting the power of gratitude and the law of attraction. You've written your daily top 10 things your grateful for and have completed numerous practices to heal, give thanks, manifest your dreams into reality and send blessings to people everywhere. Now it is YOUR turn to shift the attention to that beautiful person you see reflected in the mirror.
As Gandhi said 'You must be the change you wish to see in the world.' Directing the power of gratitude towards yourself is one of the most important practices that you can do. In order to create change around you, it starts with being kind to yourself. When we are hard on ourselves, those negative comments are brought into everything we do. Whether you realize it or not, for each negative thought we have about our life from our appearance, situation, or abilities can be detrimental to what we attract into our life.
Today your going to look into the mirror and see the beauty that everyone else around you sees. Its important for you to acknowledge your own divine Self and say the magic words 'Thank you.' You are perfect just as you are and truly believe this. If you feel brave say 3 things that you love most about yourself to the reflection in the mirror. You can do this mentally or out loud. Give yourself the time to see the magic that comes from Self Love and watch how the world around you changes.
Magic Practice #27 Magic Mirror
1. Count your blessings. Make a list of 10 blessings. Write WHY you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say, Thank you, thank you, thank you (3x), and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
2. Every time you pass a mirror today say the magic words 'Thank you.' Either mentally or out loud and feel the power of gratitude being reflected right back at you.
3. If your feeling courageous, look at yourself in the mirror and say out loud or mentally 3 things that your grateful for about being YOU!
4. Before you go to sleep, take your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words, Thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.
