DAY 25: Cue The Magic

The Universe provides us with daily reminders of things to be grateful for. Being aware of these signs is what today's practice is all about. After years of doing yoga your intuitive nature is heightened and awareness of environment becomes second nature. They say that a practice like yoga teaches us the art of listening. Today your going to take everything you've learned on your mat so that you can cue the magic even more in your life.

When someone wishes you 'good morning', that is your cue to be thankful for a just that - 'A good start to the day'. The moment you hear the kettle whistle, that is a reminder to give thanks for hot water. As you walk by your bank, this is your cue to be grateful for the money you have. The sound of a car horn reminds you of your safety, so say 'Thank you' for being safe! Sometimes we literally see signs on the storefront windows that remind us of Love, To Breathe and Stay Calm. Giving thanks to all these beautiful traits can uplift you in a heartbeat.

To play Cue the Magic, you just have to be alert enough to recognize the messages from the Universe. The more awareness you are to the blessings in your life it accelerates your dreams into reality

Magic Practice #25 Cue The Magic

1. Count your blessings. Make a list of 10 blessings. Write WHY you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say, Thank you, thank you, thank you (3x), and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.

2. Today, be alert to what's around you, and take at least 7 gratitude cues from the events in your day. For example, if you see someone who is being active and staying healthy, say 'Thank you for my perfect health'

3. Before you go to sleep, take your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words, Thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.
