DAY 19: Magic Footsteps

One of Einstein's secrets to success was his sincere gratitude for each and every day. Today's practice is designed to uplift your spirits and follow in his footsteps by saying 'Thank You' 100 times! The effects will put you in a better mood and if your already feeling pretty good this will elevate you even higher.

During the day, set aside about 2 minutes to dedicate towards taking magical footsteps. The moment you place one foot on the ground, think of the magic words 'Thank you,' as soon as your other foot touches the floor repeat the words. You can easily do this around your house as you move from one room to the next or whenever you go for a walk set aside about 90 seconds to say thank you for each step. The average person walking at a leisurely pace takes about 100 steps, so to include this practice into your daily routine is going to be an easy feat, ( no pun intended, lol!)

Take note on how you feel BEFORE you start your 100 steps and check in to the results afterwards. There's 86,400 seconds available to us in one day,so let's carve out some time to be inspired by Einstein and say Thank you!

Magic Practice #19 Magic Footsteps

1. Count your blessings. Make a list of 10 blessings. Write WHY you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say, Thank you, thank you, thank you (3x), and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.

2. Take 100 Magic Footsteps (for about 90 seconds) in gratitude anytime during the day. With each footstep, say and feel the magic words' Thank You'.

3. Before you go to sleep, take your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words, Thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.
