What better way to start your day than with a dose of gratitude. From the moment you filter in the light as you lay in bed, the first thought should be 'Thank you!' As you have a brand new day ahead to start fresh. This morning's practice of gratitude is going to heighten all the many blessings that surround you. Saying the magic words for the soft pillow where you rest your head, the fact that you had warm covers to embrace you through the night, as you easily swing your feet to the floor and stretch remember that it is so good to be alive and well!
For each thing you do on your morning routine be hyper aware of the things in your home that make waking up that much easier. From a hot shower, to the toothpaste, for the abundance of clothing you get to choose from, Each of these little things add up and before you set into your day, you'll notice that you've already created a feeling of magic in everything you do. This positive approach can change the direction to how your day unfolds and what little miracles can unfold!

Magic Practice #11 A Magic Morning
1. When you wake up to the new day, before you do a single thing, say the magic words 'Thank you!'.
2. From the moment you open your eyes until you've finished getting ready, say the magic words' Thank You', in your mind for everything you touch and see.
3. Count your blessings. Make a list of 10 blessings. Write WHY you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say, Thank you, thank you, thank you (3x), and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
4. Before you go to sleep, take your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words, Thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.
